A Villa in Uluwatu, Bali looking for a talented and enthusiastic Villa Manager (Bali Based, Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations of the villa, ensuring all services meet the standards
  2. Lead and manage the villa staff, including hiring, training and conducting performance evaluations
  3. Develop and implement operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) focused on cleanliness, guest experience and overall villa excellence
  4. Produce monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the senior management team
  5. Ensure all guests receive a personalized and exceptional luxury experience from check-in to check-out
  6. Promptly and professionally address and resolve any guest issues or complaints
  7. Continuously seek feedback from guests to enhance services and facilities as well as aiming to secure 5-star reviews
  8. Strive to create memorable and unique guest experiences that stand out in the luxury hospitality market
  9. Manage the villa’s budget, monitor expenses and ensure financial targets are met
  10. Oversee inventory management, procurement and vendor relationships to ensure cost-efficiency and quality
  11. Collaborate with the management team to optimize revenue and costs based on financial reports
  12. Prepare and submit monthly financial and operational reports to senior management
  13. Ensure the villa and its facilities are maintained to the highest standards and meet all safety regulations
  14. Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors for repairs and upkeep of the property
  15. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards, maintaining all necessary certifications and licenses

Requirements:

  1. Indonesian citizen
  2. Fluent in written and verbal English communication
  3. Proven working experience as a Villa Manager or in a similar role within the  hospitality industry
  4. Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures for luxury guest experiences
  5. Exceptional attention to details and a commitment to excellence
  6. Strong leadership and team management skills
  7. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with high-profile guests
  8. Financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, financial reporting and inventory management
  9. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  10. Proficiency in property management software and MS Office
  11. Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Bali
