A Villa in Uluwatu, Bali looking for a talented and enthusiastic Villa Manager (Bali Based, Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the villa, ensuring all services meet the standards
- Lead and manage the villa staff, including hiring, training and conducting performance evaluations
- Develop and implement operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) focused on cleanliness, guest experience and overall villa excellence
- Produce monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the senior management team
- Ensure all guests receive a personalized and exceptional luxury experience from check-in to check-out
- Promptly and professionally address and resolve any guest issues or complaints
- Continuously seek feedback from guests to enhance services and facilities as well as aiming to secure 5-star reviews
- Strive to create memorable and unique guest experiences that stand out in the luxury hospitality market
- Manage the villa’s budget, monitor expenses and ensure financial targets are met
- Oversee inventory management, procurement and vendor relationships to ensure cost-efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize revenue and costs based on financial reports
- Prepare and submit monthly financial and operational reports to senior management
- Ensure the villa and its facilities are maintained to the highest standards and meet all safety regulations
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors for repairs and upkeep of the property
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards, maintaining all necessary certifications and licenses
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication
- Proven working experience as a Villa Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures for luxury guest experiences
- Exceptional attention to details and a commitment to excellence
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with high-profile guests
- Financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, financial reporting and inventory management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Bali
