Job Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with corporate tax obligations, including VAT, Income Taxes (PPh 21, 23, and Corporate Tax), and other applicable taxes.
- Prepare, review, and submit monthly and annual tax reports (SPT Masa & SPT Tahunan) accurately and on time.
- Conduct tax planning and analysis to improve corporate tax efficiency.
- Perform tax reconciliations and ensure alignment with financial statements.
- Liaise with the Tax Office (KPP) and relevant authorities regarding audits, refunds, and disputes.
- Provide tax-related strategic recommendations to the management team.
- Stay updated with changes in tax regulations and implement appropriate policy adjustments.
- Assist with internal and external audits, supplying required data and documentation.
- Support and mentor junior staff in tax-related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Tax.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tax Consultant (preferred).
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Willing to relocate to Bali if currently based elsewhere.
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Independent, proactive, and a solid team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, hardworking, and highly motivated.
