- Handle store management duties independently when the owner is away
- Maintain on-site presence to oversee activities and support staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and drive sales performance
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong team leadership and people management skills
- Responsible, reliable and proactive in handling store operations
- Passion for fashion and customer engagement is highly valued
