Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain multiple client spreadsheets
- Create, update and organize spreadsheet reports for clients
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to input data, generate reports and perform calculations
- Apply intermediate-level Excel formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements)
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all data entries
- Collaborate with clients to understand reporting needs and provide regular updates
- Assist with data analysis and summarizing findings
- Troubleshoot spreadsheet issues and improve workflow
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Spreadsheet Administrator or in a related position
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher)
- Strong understanding of Excel formulas and data management
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software or tools
- Own a laptop with reliable internet access
