Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the motorcycle service station and rental business
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 20 staff, ensuring high performance and accountability
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring accurate balances and timely reorders
- Guarantee smooth workflow and operation across all departments
- Handle force majeure situations, resolve emergencies and implement solutions quickly and effectively
- Maintain close communication with team leads, mechanics and rental staff to ensure quality service delivery
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven at least 3 years of experience working as an Operations Manager or in a related position
- Experience with motorcycles is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory accounting principles
- Proactive and able to take initiative without waiting for direction
- High level of stress tolerance and calmness in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Passionate about motorcycles and well-versed in local motorcycle regulations and license plate specifics
