A 5 Star Hotel in Legian, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Shop Attendant (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude upon entering the store
- Assist customers in answering any questions they have about products as well as providing detailed information and recommendations based on their needs
- Guide customers through the store and ensure a high-quality shopping experience
- Maintain a clean and organized shop floor, ensuring displays are stocked and visually appealing
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for purchases, returns, and exchanges as well as ensure accuracy in all transactions
- Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and sales techniques to provide excellent service
- Support the team in meeting store sales goals and maintain awareness of current stock levels
- Uphold brand standards including providing insight into the store’s focus on fashion, wellness, and sustainability
- Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to the manager when necessary
- Ensure that store operations comply with company policies, including security, health, and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent in written and spoken English communication
- Proven working experience as a Shop Attendant or in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in Retail, Customer Service, or Hospitality
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
