A Beach Club in Tabanan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Service Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage and communicate weekly staff schedules
- Ensure adequate staffing coverage during peak hours, special events and entertainment nights
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures using operational checklists
- Supervise service quality and ensure brand and service standards are consistently met
- Conduct interviews, hire and onboard new service staff
- Train, coach and mentor team members on service standards, upselling techniques and guest engagement
- Oversee inventory management, ordering and proper usage of bar and service-related items
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly inventory counts
- Work closely with cost control teams to reduce wastage and optimize profitability
- Drive upselling of premium beverages, bottle service and food pairings
- Train staff on effective guest interaction techniques to maximize revenue
- Handle guest feedback, complaints and special requests professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role preferably in beach clubs, nightclubs, high-volume restaurants or entertainment venues
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong leadership, team management and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of scheduling, stock control and operational procedures
- Revenue-driven mindset with strong sales and upselling abilities
- Experience in event and entertainment coordination would be a plus
