A Construction Company in Kuta, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Technician (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Civil systems
- Assist with minor installations and simple technical work under the direction of the supervisor
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning properly
- Prepare daily technical reports including checklists and work activity notes
- Provide technical support to project teams without full responsibility for large-scale project management
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety standards (K3) and company procedures
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Senior Technician or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency in at least 2–3 core technical areas (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Civil)
- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings
- Detail-oriented, disciplined and able to work effectively toward targets
- K3 certification or additional technical certifications are a strong advantage
