A Resort in Menjangan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and market research
  • Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, OTAs, corporate accounts and event planners
  • Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections and client meetings to promote the property
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor performance to adjust strategy as needed
  • Work closely with the revenue and reservations team to optimize pricing and availability
  • Maintain accurate client records, contracts and communications using the hotel’s CRM system
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics (sales pipeline, conversion rate, revenue generation)
  • Work with operations, F&B and front office teams to ensure client expectations are met

Requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven at least working as a Sales Manager or in a related position
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, corporate accounts, and travel distribution channels
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce)
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
