A Catering Company in Petitenget, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all restaurant brands
  • Prepare and execute comprehensive sales plans as well as ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with tour operators, event planners, wedding organizers and other relevant organizations
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty, encourage repeat business and explore additional opportunities for collaboration
  • Promote the unique dining experiences, menus and services
  • Represent the Company at trade shows, conferences and networking events to build the brand's reputation and generate new leads
  • Skillfully negotiate contracts, pricing and packages to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales objectives
  • Track and analyze sales performance as well as preparing detailed reports and forecasts for management
  • Actively contribute to the planning, development and successful launch of catering company and retail product lines in 2025


Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven at least 3 years of experience working as a Sales Manager or in a related position ideally in the F&B or event industries
  • Strong network with established relationships among tour operators, event planners and wedding organizers in Bali
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable business agreements
  • Deep interest in food and beverage with a strong understanding of Asian and Indian cuisine
  • Experience working with catering companies would be a plus
