An Event Company in Singapore is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Full-time,Remote)

 Responsibilities:

  • Handle Japanese clients as well as ensuring clear communication and strong relationship-building
  • Coordinate with vendors, hotels and other partners to support client projects
  • Travel to Japan for client meetings and on-site coordination
  • Maintain and organize client communication records
  • File and manage sales project documentation in appropriate files
  • Request and follow up on quotes from vendors both verbally and electronically
  • Prepare and update pitch quotes for clients
  • Track and store vendor quotes and invoices for each project
  • Gather menus, availability details, and activity options from venues and vendors
  • Update and organize vendor and product information for easy access
  • Revise and enhance sales presentation decks as needed
  • Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and update tasks
  • Participate in daily team meetings via Zoom

Requirements

  • Indonesia Citizen 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Japan
  • Proven experience working as a Sales Executive or in a related position 
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong background in sales strategy, client relations and sustainability practices
  • Familiarity with Travelife certification and implementing sustainability initiatives would be a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software including CRM and project management systems
