Sales and Event Coordinator

A Cyber Security Company in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales and Event Coordinator  (Full time, Bali Based, Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and reach out to potential clients in Indonesia, the Netherlands and beyond through research, networking and other strategies
  • Conduct cold calls (e.g., phone, email, and social media outreach) to generate leads and drive interest in cybersecurity services
  • Manage and track the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure using a CRM system
  • Keep the CRM system updated with accurate lead information and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Indonesia
  • Work closely with the Director to ensure services align with client needs
  • Identify and participate in industry events, conferences, and social gatherings to connect with potential clients
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote cybersecurity services to target audiences
  • Manage and engage with potential customers through social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), website inquiries and phone calls
  • Organize and oversee promotional events to enhance brand visibility and lead generation

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent in written and spoken English communication 
  • Proven experience as a Sales and Event Coordinator  or in a similar role 
  • Experience in the IT sector or cybersecurity industry would be a plus
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or other relevant certifications are a plus
  • Strong storytelling and negotiation skills to communicate service value effectively
  • Solid understanding of sales processes including lead generation, email outreach, social media marketing and networking
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on acquiring qualified leads
  • Hands-on experience in setting up sales processes and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently or in a team
  • Experience in selling services rather than products
