A Travel Agency in Sanur, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Reservation and Leisure Agent (Full time)

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle client inquiries regarding reservations as well as ensuring all queries are replied to within 24 hours
  2. Prepare proposals, itineraries and quotations offer alternative hotels or products for special deals or in cases of unavailability
  3. Follow up on confirmations, amendments or cancellations
  4. Coordinate with business partners (E.G., hotels, airlines, trains, bus, ship operators, suppliers, etc) to make reservations according to client requirements
  5. Monitor and update cancellations or amendments to bookings as well as ensuring all booking details are accurate
  6. Input reservation data into the system as well as ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly entered
  7. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of services
  8. Manage pre-payments or deposits for clients without credit arrangements and liaise with the Accounting Department for payment processing
  9. Tailor-make high-end travel/tour packages as well as creating costings for custom packages to meet client need

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent in written and spoken English communication
  • Proven at least 1 year of experience working as a Reservation and Leisure Agent or in a similar role
  • Diploma degree in any field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesia’s tourism products, particularly Bali, Raja Ampat, Labuan Bajo and Jogja
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Service-minded approach with strong customer focus
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to details
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work well with others
  • Good negotiation skills for handling partnerships and deals
  • Experience in costing travel packages is required
