A Yachts Company in US is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Manager (Full-time, remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients, including retreat organizers, wellness professionals, corporate event planners and corporate clients
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals as well as ensuring an exceptional client experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales in target markets through outreach via email, phone and social media
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract retreat organizers and partners
  • Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content to promote Company services and destinations
  • Collaborate on campaigns highlighting unique offerings, such as conscious retreats, luxury experiences and curated itineraries
  • Work on SEO, email marketing campaigns and paid advertising to expand the company’s reach
  • Analyze marketing data and track ROI for campaigns to refine strategies
  • Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure website and marketing materials are up-to-date
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with wellness influencers, travel agencies, and other relevant businesses


Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven experience working as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in a related position preferably in the Travel, Wellness or Events industry
  • Proficiency in digital marketing including social media management, email marketing and paid advertising.
  • Passion for travel, wellness and creating meaningful experiences
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design and execute impactful campaigns
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working remotely
  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, Google Analytics).
