 A Luxury Crafted Bag Company in Kerobokan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets and business growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key partners and clients
  • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities including wholesale, OEM and corporate accounts
  • Develop and maintain a targeted B2B customer list with a focus on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives and measurable outcomes
  • Manage existing and new wholesale relationships to maximize long-term success
  • Conduct regular brand and product training for partners and key accounts
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and propose actionable improvements
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams for accurate demand forecasting and inventory planning
  • Track and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas of improvement
  • Prepare and present monthly sales reports, insights and revenue tracking to management
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on promotion strategies and brand positioning based on real-time results and market needs

Requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven at least 5 years of experience working as a Regional Sales Manager or in a related position preferably in the hospitality, luxury goods or in fashion retail sector
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, wholesale distribution and relationship management
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding measurable sales targets
  • Experience in selling retail products, preferably involving lifestyle communities, hotels or events-based environments
  • Ability to confidently represent the brand in community engagements and lifestyle classes or events
