A Pearl Company in Sanur, ​Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Recruitment Supervisor (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a structured talent pool database to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring
  • Conduct high-volume interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates efficiently
  • Implement effective hiring strategies to meet business needs and workforce demands
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization
  • Work closely with HR and department managers to identify recruitment needs and workforce planning strategies
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws and company recruitment standards
  • Provide reports and insights on recruitment metrics, hiring trends and process improvements

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven experience working as a Recruitment Supervisor or in a related position 
  • Certified in HR/Recruitment (e.g., CHRP, PHR, or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in building and maintaining talent pool databases
  • Ability to handle high-volume interviews and onboarding processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse workforce
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to track recruitment performance and improvements
  • Experience managing large-scale hiring needs, preferably in an organization with thousands of employees
