Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients warmly and ensure they feel valued
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email or in-person
- Understand and address client requests effectively and efficiently
- Handle and manage bookings as well as ensuring accuracy and attention to details
- Coordinate schedules and update systems in real-time
- Handle multiple client requests simultaneously as well as prioritizing effectively
- Maintain and organize front-desk operations
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and report generation
- Resolve client issues or complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Proactively anticipate client needs and provide suitable solutions
- Perform efficiently during hectic periods, managing multiple tasks seamlessly
Requirements
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Receptionist or in a related position
- Strong multitasking abilities able to manage up to 10 client requests simultaneously
- Proficiency in booking systems and basic administrative tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills
