A Fast-scaling SaaS Company in Badung, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Python Programmer (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Finalise remaining development tasks and prepare the platform for launch within the first week
- Refine and optimise the existing platform (front-end: JavaScript/CSS; back-end: Python/Django) to ensure speed, reliability and scalability
- Design and implement new functionalities, intelligent workflows and improvements that enhance the platform’s capabilities and user experience
- Build and maintain robust automation systems for review handling, client onboarding, reporting and other operational processes
- Work closely with the UK-based UI/UX expert to deliver a simple, elegant and modern interface where user experience remains a top priority
- Explore emerging technologies and integrate creative, high-impact solutions into the product
- Ensure strong backend architecture, API development and database management to support scalability and future product expansion
- Maintain system integrity, data protection and authentication systems
- Work effectively with a global technical team consisting of four senior developers from Germany, India and the UK
- Maintain strong communication and project alignment across time zones and development streams
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Proven working experience as a Head of Software Development and Innovation or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience in Python (Django) and JavaScript; experience with front-end frameworks would be a plus
- Strong understanding of SaaS infrastructure, automation pipelines and database architecture
- Exceptional eye for UI/UX with a passion for building clean, intuitive, user-friendly products
- Experience with AI integrations, API development and automated workflows
- Strong teamwork, communication and project management skills
- Creative, innovative mindset — comfortable experimenting, problem-solving and adapting quickly
