- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to close deals effectively

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Property Sales Manager or in a related position
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market including legal and financial aspects
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
