 A Property Development Company in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic  Property Sales Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities
  • Lead, train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
  • Set performance benchmarks and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as well as ensuring excellent customer service
  • Address client inquiries and concerns to provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective property listings and promotional materials
  • Organize open houses, property tours and other sales events
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to close deals effectively
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all transactions
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and new developments in the real estate industry
  • Provide insights to optimize sales efforts and identify new market opportunities


Requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven experience working as a Property Sales Manager or in a related position 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market including legal and financial aspects
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
