Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote villa development projects, short-term rentals and drive sales
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, market trends and competitive landscape
- Create compelling marketing collateral including brochures, websites, social media content and advertising campaigns
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media advertising to increase brand visibility and generate leads
- Plan and execute events such as open houses, launch parties and community outreach programs to engage potential buyers and promote brand awareness
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics such as website traffic, lead conversion rates and ROI as well as adjust strategies as needed to optimize results
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in real estate marketing to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales tools and support sales efforts with marketing materials and resources
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizens Fluent in written and verbal English communication
- Proven at least 3 years of working experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role in the Real Estate industry
- Strong understanding of real estate industry dynamics, market trends and customer preferences
- Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive results and achieve business objectives
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools including Google Analytics, CRM systems and social media management tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
