Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and develop multi-disciplinary teams across sales, marketing, administration and operations
- Oversee all Human Resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and employee relations
- Design, implement, and optimize internal systems, workflows and processes for efficiency and quality control
- Drive business growth through strategic planning, staff development and operational excellence
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders: clients, partners, government bodies and vendors
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and tracking key performance indicators
- Ensure full compliance with local laws, regulations and internal company policies
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a General Manager or in a related position
- Proven track record in real estate management preferably within a sales or project-driven environment
- Strong HR knowledge, including practical experience in staff management and welfare
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience managing and motivating diverse teams
- Solid understanding of Bali’s real estate market, local regulations and business culture
- A strategic thinker with outstanding organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Results-driven, proactive and able to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
