A New Restaurant in Canggu, Bali is Hiring a Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant! 

Requirements:

  1. Reliable, Proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling the operational and legal side of setting up a business.
  2. Speak English. 
  3. Proven experience (3-5 years) in restaurant administration. 
  4. Ideally between 30-35 years old.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating with and sourcing local suppliers
  2. Assisting with legal paperwork and government permits
  3. Opening company accounts and managing documentation
  4. Handling basic financial transactions and tracking expenses
  5. Liaising with notaries, accountants, and local authorities
  6. Supporting recruitment logistics and employment documentation
  7. Scheduling and general admin support
  8. Taking care of all the operations, getting in touch with others.
  9. Coordinating with suppliers
  10. Drafting employees' contract of the restaurant
