A Singapore Businessman in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Personal Assistant (Full-time)

 Responsibilities:

  • Search for and secure 2-bedroom properties including negotiating lease terms with landlords
  • Coordinate with household staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Manage visa applications, schedule appointments and arrange travel bookings
  • Maintain organized records and handle correspondence efficiently
  • Plan and organize creative and wellness events such as breathwork sessions and creativity-focused gatherings
  • Coordinate with local service providers and manage event schedules

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven experience working as a Personal Assistant or in a related position 
  • Valid driver's license and comfortable operating a scooter
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Independent, self-motivated and adaptable to new environments
  • Not shy on the phone; able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
