Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team. This position is full-time and hybrid.
Job Description:
- Find suppliers and staff (e.g., tukang, architects).
- Communicate with the accountant and understand reports and paperwork.
- Book meetings and coordinate schedules.
- Make plans and ensure tasks are checked and completed.
- Handle administrative duties.
- Meet with vendors or people when required.
Special Requirements:
- Must live in Ubud.
- Excellent English skills.
- Knowledge of accounting and PT PMA is a plus.
- Experience in villa management or real estate is a plus.
- Able to conduct personal research and learn independently.
- Must have experience finding vendors or suppliers.
- Proactive, quick learner, and positive with an energetic attitude.
