Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team. This position is full-time and hybrid.

Job Description:

  • Find suppliers and staff (e.g., tukang, architects).
  • Communicate with the accountant and understand reports and paperwork.
  • Book meetings and coordinate schedules.
  • Make plans and ensure tasks are checked and completed.
  • Handle administrative duties.
  • Meet with vendors or people when required.

Special Requirements:

  • Must live in Ubud.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting and PT PMA is a plus.
  • Experience in villa management or real estate is a plus.
  • Able to conduct personal research and learn independently.
  • Must have experience finding vendors or suppliers.
  • Proactive, quick learner, and positive with an energetic attitude.
