Responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt cinnamon roll recipes based on client preferences and inspirations
- Take full ownership of the production process—from ingredients to finished product
- Identify required equipment and machinery and demonstrate proficiency in operating them
- Work closely with the client to evaluate and advise on the suitability of the planned production facility
- Ensure quality, consistency, and hygiene standards throughout the production process
- Collaborate with the team to optimize production efficiency and cost control
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Pastry Chef or in a related position especially in making cinnamon rolls
- Strong understanding of pastry techniques, ingredients and production workflow
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and tools
- Ability to adapt and improve recipes based on feedback or scaling needs
- Medium-level English proficiency for clear communication with the team and client
