A Cinnamon Roll Cafe in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Pastry Chef (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and adapt cinnamon roll recipes based on client preferences and inspirations
  • Take full ownership of the production process—from ingredients to finished product
  • Identify required equipment and machinery and demonstrate proficiency in operating them
  • Work closely with the client to evaluate and advise on the suitability of the planned production facility
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and hygiene standards throughout the production process
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize production efficiency and cost control

Requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven experience working as a Pastry Chef or in a related position especially in making cinnamon rolls
  • Strong understanding of pastry techniques, ingredients and production workflow
  • Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and tools
  • Ability to adapt and improve recipes based on feedback or scaling needs
  • Medium-level English proficiency for clear communication with the team and client
