Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage property listings across OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.)
- Handle all GuestPro-related configurations, integrations and troubleshooting
- Ensure all channels are synced properly to avoid overbookings or inventory issues
- Monitor and optimize room rates, promotions and availability to maximize revenue
- Work closely with the reservations and front office teams to ensure smooth guest communication and bookings
- Update content, images and property information across platforms regularly
- Analyze booking performance and generate regular reports on OTA performance
- Resolve issues related to guest reviews, platform errors or listing discrepancies
- Stay up-to-date with OTA trends, algorithm changes and new features
- Liaise with OTA account managers to improve visibility and ranking
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as an OTA Manager or in a related position
- Strong understanding of channel management and online hospitality platforms
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple platforms efficiently
- Familiarity with pricing strategies and revenue management
