Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the padel courts, café, and reception ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness and safety
- Manage court bookings, coaching sessions and tournaments to optimize court utilization
- Supervise and train staff including coaches, café and front-desk teams
- Act as a key point of contact for customers as well as delivering a friendly and professional guest experience
- Organize community events and tournaments to engage members and boost retention
- Support marketing, promotions and membership strategies in collaboration with the owners
- Track and monitor budgets, sales performance, and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Maintain records and submit performance reports to the owners on a weekly basis
- Drive team motivation and ensure smooth coordination across departments
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven of experience working as an Operations Manager or in a related position
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sports ideally padel
- High level of organizational and business acumen
- Proactive, outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with guests and organizing events
