Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant across all locations
- Ensure all staff adhere to established SOPs for floor and kitchen activities
- Address operational challenges and implement solutions efficiently
- Provide clear direction and support to location managers and their teams
- Foster a positive working environment to motivate and engage employees
- Recruit, train and develop team members to ensure operational excellence
- Build strong interpersonal relationships with staff while maintaining professionalism
- Monitor and maintain high standards of service and food quality
- Ensure all locations provide a consistent and excellent guest experience
- Ensure all operations comply with local health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness and operational standards
- Regularly report operational updates and challenges to senior management
- Communicate effectively with location teams to align goals and expectations
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven at least 3 years of experience working as an Operations Manager or in a related position
- preferably in the F&B industry
- Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with a strong understanding of people management
- Ability to manage multiple locations and work under pressure
