A Luxury Villa in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Villa Operations Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily villa operations as well as ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Train, supervise, and manage villa staff including schedules and performance reviews
- Meet and greet guests, providing exceptional hospitality and resolving any issues that arise
- Handle OTA (Online Travel Agency) bookings and optimize Airbnb ratings
- Assist in recruiting additional staff as needed
- Advise villa owners on operational improvements and strategies for business success
- Create staff work schedules and assign daily duties
- Manage villa advertising and promotions
- Process cash payments when necessary
- Maintain inventory and supply stock as well as ensuring timely orders
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Villa Operations Manager or in a related position
- Familiarity with Airbnb platforms including managing bookings and improving ratings
- Experience managing complex villas would be a plus
- Ability to use personal Airbnb account to upload client villas
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong leadership abilities and customer service mindset
