A Boutique Design Studio in Ubud, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Office Manager (Full-time)

 Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations as well as ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment
  • Manage office supplies, inventory and procurement as well as ensuring necessary resources are always available
  • Handle vendor and supplier relationships including contracts, negotiations and payments
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization as well as coordinating with cleaning staff if necessary
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace
  • Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and leave management
  • Support onboarding of new employees as well as ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources
  • Organize and maintain employee records, contracts and office documentation
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and office-related concerns
  • Oversee monthly expenses, budgeting and financial reporting related to office operations
  • Assist in payroll coordination as well as ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements
  • Manage and process payments to vendors, suppliers and service providers
  • Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities
  • Assist management with administrative support, scheduling and task coordination

Requirements

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven experience working as a Office Manager or in a related position 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in administration, office management or HR support would be a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and task management tools
  • Ability to problem-solve and take initiative in improving office workflows
