Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations as well as ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment
- Manage office supplies, inventory and procurement as well as ensuring necessary resources are always available
- Handle vendor and supplier relationships including contracts, negotiations and payments
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization as well as coordinating with cleaning staff if necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace
- Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Support onboarding of new employees as well as ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources
- Organize and maintain employee records, contracts and office documentation
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and office-related concerns
- Oversee monthly expenses, budgeting and financial reporting related to office operations
- Assist in payroll coordination as well as ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements
- Manage and process payments to vendors, suppliers and service providers
- Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Assist management with administrative support, scheduling and task coordination
Requirements
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Office Manager or in a related position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in administration, office management or HR support would be a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and task management tools
- Ability to problem-solve and take initiative in improving office workflows
