Responsibilities:
- Build a pipeline of 1,000+ qualified Registered Nurses with minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Conduct field sourcing through Hospitals, Clinics / Puskesmas and Nursing academies and alumni center
- Approach nurses who are currently employed, understand their concerns and present better long-term career opportunities
- Build trust and long-term relationships, not just short-term leads
- Verify mandatory documents before database entry
- Ensure candidates meet experience, professionalism, and commitment criteria
- Filter out unqualified candidates early to keep the pipeline clean and high quality
- Maintain strict data accuracy and documentation standards
- Create and manage nurse communities via WhatsApp / Telegram
- Guide working nurses into the Self-Learning German Program (A1 Level)
- Motivate nurses to study consistently alongside their full-time work using provided digital tools
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Medical Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- High tenacity and resilience — comfortable hearing “no” and keeping relationships warm
- Tech-savvy — confident managing large databases and digital communities
- Organized, disciplined, and target-driven
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
