A Real Estate Agency in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing and Social Media Manager (Full Time)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive property sales and brand awareness
- Lead a team of six including freelancers, an editor and digital marketing specialists as well as ensuring campaigns meet KPIs
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media campaigns to generate leads and conversions
- Oversee content production, ensuring high-quality visuals, copy and videos align with the brand identity
- Implement strong SEO, content marketing and lead generation strategies to increase visibility and engagement
- Track and analyze campaign performance as well as optimizing strategies based on data insights
- Step in to assist with technical marketing tasks such as video editing, ad optimization and content creation when needed
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent in written and spoken English communication
- Proven at least 3 years of experience working as a Marketing and Social Media Manager or in a similar role preferably in real estate
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and email marketing
- Proven experience managing teams and collaborating across departments
- Ability to develop data-driven marketing plans with measurable results
- Experience with social media management, paid ads, brand strategy and lead generation
- Skills in video editing would be a plus
