A Wellness Company in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Manager (Full time)
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the founders to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and social media strategy
Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company’s brand identity and goals
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools and best practices to ensure maximum reach and engagement
Work with videographers, graphic designers and editors to create and curate unique and engaging contents (e.g., images, video, written) that tells the story of the company’s brand
Monitor, listen and respond to followers and community members in a "social" way, building relationships and cultivating leads and sales opportunities
Strategize, create and potentially run paid social campaigns to drive traffic, engagement and conversions
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that extend beyond social including billboards, email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns
Track and analyze key performance metrics across social media platforms as well as making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and reach
Work closely with the wellness team to highlight success stories and promote wellness tips that resonate with the community
Requirements:
Indonesian citizen
Excellent in written and spoken English communication
Proven experience working as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
Expert knowledge of Instagram best practices and familiarity with other platforms such as TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook and LinkedIn
Experience with social media management and analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies as needed
Experience executing marketing campaigns outside of social media particularly billboards and working with email and WhatsApp marketing
Strong writing, editing and communication skills
Creative mindset with a proven ability to think outside the box and produce unique content that drives engagement
Passion for wellness and a healthy lifestyle
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
