A Whole Foods Company in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive revenue growth
  • Identify and analyze target audiences, optimizing marketing campaigns accordingly
  • Spearhead and oversee digital and offline marketing efforts including SEO, Facebook Ads, social media and email marketing
  • Manage and optimize ad campaigns across marketplaces and sales channels (Tokopedia, Shopee, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing schedules and activities
  • Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns against goals (ROI & KPIs)
  • Conduct A/B testing and user funnel optimization to improve conversion rates
  • Utilize website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track performance and insights
  • Provide detailed ROI reports on digital marketing efforts, investments and campaign effectiveness
  • Lead, manage and motivate the marketing team to achieve goals and targets
  • Ensure the team stays updated on product knowledge to develop effective marketing strategies
  • Work closely with management and other departments to align marketing and sales efforts

Requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven at least 3 years of  experience working as a Marketing Manager or in a related position
  • Proven experience in digital marketing & e-commerce with a strong track record
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM, website optimization, social media and email marketing
  • Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and user funnel improvement
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Creative, analytical and data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create and present marketing performance reports effectively
  • Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
