Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive revenue growth
- Identify and analyze target audiences, optimizing marketing campaigns accordingly
- Spearhead and oversee digital and offline marketing efforts including SEO, Facebook Ads, social media and email marketing
- Manage and optimize ad campaigns across marketplaces and sales channels (Tokopedia, Shopee, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Ensure timely execution of marketing schedules and activities
- Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns against goals (ROI & KPIs)
- Conduct A/B testing and user funnel optimization to improve conversion rates
- Utilize website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track performance and insights
- Provide detailed ROI reports on digital marketing efforts, investments and campaign effectiveness
- Lead, manage and motivate the marketing team to achieve goals and targets
- Ensure the team stays updated on product knowledge to develop effective marketing strategies
- Work closely with management and other departments to align marketing and sales efforts
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven at least 3 years of experience working as a Marketing Manager or in a related position
- Proven experience in digital marketing & e-commerce with a strong track record
- Expertise in Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM, website optimization, social media and email marketing
- Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and user funnel improvement
- Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Creative, analytical and data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to create and present marketing performance reports effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
