A Luxury Women’s Retreat in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Manager (Full-time, Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, lead generation and engagement
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns including digital advertising, social media management, influencer partnerships, email marketing, content creation and PR initiatives
- Oversee all content such as blog posts, newsletters, social media, website copy and promotional materials as well as ensuring consistency with the brand's voice and visual identity
- Drive social media storytelling, engagement and community-building across platforms
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for ROI and conversions
- Track and report on campaign performance as well as analyzing key KPIs to inform future strategies
- Work with design and content teams to create impactful marketing assets including graphics, videos and landing pages
- Build partnerships with influencers, media outlets and collaborators to boost brand visibility and authority
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and ensure innovative strategies
- Plan and execute event-based marketing initiatives and campaigns to maximize retreat occupancy and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven at least 4 years of experience working as a Marketing Manager or in a related position preferably in wellness, travel or in luxury sectors
- Proven track record of successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, paid media, email marketing and social media strategies
- Exceptional storytelling, content creation and copywriting skills with a keen eye for brand alignment
- Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, email platforms (e.g., Brevo/MailerLite) and social media management tools
- Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills
- Passion for wellness, women’s empowerment, travel and cultural immersion would be a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, working autonomously or collaboratively
