A Marketing Agency in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Executive (Full-time, hybrid)
Salary Range : IDR 6-8mill
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with videographers to plan and execute content days as well as ensuring all projects align with brand goals
- Research viral content trends and work alongside videographers to develop successful, high-engagement contents
- Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for content viewership and engagement to ensure consistent growth
- Prepare and organize props, products or online orders ahead of content production days to optimize efficiency
- Utilize and maintain Notion for task management, project tracking and team collaboration
- Ensure smooth workflow processes and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to content production (e.g., device setup, account configurations)
- Maintain a high level of organization and accountability as well as managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Be open to traveling internationally (Vietnam, Colombia, Argentina and the Philippines) to support content production and oversee marketing operations (starting from month 2 or 3)
- Provide hands-on support for marketing activations, influencer collaborations and content campaigns in different locations
Requirements
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Marketing Manager or in a related position
- Proficiency with Notion or a strong willingness to learn.
- Hands-on experience with Apple devices (iPhones, MacBooks) and a strong understanding of the Apple ecosystems
- Technological savviness, with the ability to troubleshoot common tech issues
- Proven ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience or interest in influencer marketing and content strategy
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with creative teams
- A performance-driven mindset, capable of analyzing data and optimizing for engagement KPIs
- Flexibility to travel internationally and work in different time zones when required
