Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Plan, create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Oversee social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement and performance analysis
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals, videos and marketing materials
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to optimize content and marketing strategies
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media and other digital platforms
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries and manage online reputation
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics, providing reports and recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, fulfillment) to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Assist in organizing promotional events, influencer collaborations and partnerships
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent in written and spoken English communication
- Proven at least 3 years of experience working as a Marketing and Social Media Officer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends and best practices
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software would be a plus
- Proven ability to create compelling and engaging content that drives brand awareness and conversions
- Strong analytical skills with experience in social media insights, SEO and paid ads
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
