A Property Development Company in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing and Social Media (Full-time, On-site)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Plan, create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Oversee social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals, videos and marketing materials
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to optimize content and marketing strategies
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media and other digital platforms
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries and manage online reputation
  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics, providing reports and recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, fulfillment) to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, influencer collaborations and partnerships

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent in written and spoken English communication
  • Proven at least 3 years of experience working as a Marketing and Social Media Officer or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends and best practices
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software would be a plus
  • Proven ability to create compelling and engaging content that drives brand awareness and conversions
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in social media insights, SEO and paid ads
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
