A Restaurant in Ubud is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Kitchen Staff (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the kitchen area is always clean, sanitized and organized as well as adhering to health and safety standards
- Assist in preparing ingredients by washing, cutting and portioning items needed for daily recipes
- Prepare and cook crepes as well as ensuring consistency and quality in taste and presentation
- Help streamline kitchen operations by organizing ingredients and equipment as well as making it easier for chefs and kitchen staff to operate efficiently
- Follow instructions carefully and be proactive in assisting where needed
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Kitchen Staff or in a related position ideally with familiarity in handling fresh, organic ingredients
- Eager to develop culinary skills and gain knowledge about organic food preparation
- A commitment to grow with the team over the long term as well as contributing to a positive and stable work environment
- Experience with organic food would be a plus
