A Wellness Company in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Co-working Space Staff (Full time)


Responsibilities: 

  • Greet and assist members and guests with inquiries and general questions

  • Address member needs, from resolving issues with space or equipment to helping with bookings and event coordination

  • Monitor the cleanliness and organization of shared spaces, meeting rooms and common areas

  • Ensure that all areas are well-maintained, fully equipped and presentable

  • Assist with the booking process for workstations, meeting rooms, and event spaces as well as ensuring that the scheduling system is updated and well-coordinated

  • Help members with basic technical issues such as Wi-Fi connectivity, printing or A/V equipment in meeting rooms

  • Escalate more complex issues to the relevant team

  • Support the coordination and setup of community events, workshops or networking sessions held in the co-working space

  • Assist new members with the onboarding process, including providing an introduction to the space, its policies and available services

  • Monitor office supplies and amenities such as coffee, stationery, and cleaning supplies and ensure they are replenished as needed

  • Ensure that the co-working space adheres to all safety and hygiene protocols, especially in shared and communal areas

  • Help foster a sense of community by interacting with members and promoting a collaborative environment

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen

  • Excellent in written and spoken English communication 

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or office administration

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment

  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills (Wi-Fi, printers, projectors, etc.)

  • Highly organized with attention to details

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
