A Wellness Company in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Co-working Space Staff (Full time)
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members and guests with inquiries and general questions
Address member needs, from resolving issues with space or equipment to helping with bookings and event coordination
Monitor the cleanliness and organization of shared spaces, meeting rooms and common areas
Ensure that all areas are well-maintained, fully equipped and presentable
Assist with the booking process for workstations, meeting rooms, and event spaces as well as ensuring that the scheduling system is updated and well-coordinated
Help members with basic technical issues such as Wi-Fi connectivity, printing or A/V equipment in meeting rooms
Escalate more complex issues to the relevant team
Support the coordination and setup of community events, workshops or networking sessions held in the co-working space
Assist new members with the onboarding process, including providing an introduction to the space, its policies and available services
Monitor office supplies and amenities such as coffee, stationery, and cleaning supplies and ensure they are replenished as needed
Ensure that the co-working space adheres to all safety and hygiene protocols, especially in shared and communal areas
Help foster a sense of community by interacting with members and promoting a collaborative environment
Requirements:
Indonesian citizen
Excellent in written and spoken English communication
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or office administration
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment
Basic technical troubleshooting skills (Wi-Fi, printers, projectors, etc.)
Highly organized with attention to details
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
