A Creative Agency in Australia is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Content Scheduler (Full-time, Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and publish content across various digital platforms following provided guides and timelines
  • Use proprietary CMS and scheduling tools to manage content efficiently
  • Collaborate with account managers, designers and developers to ensure seamless content execution
  • Conduct thorough testing of scheduled content to verify correct display across different devices and platforms
  • Provide Level 2 content support to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of content launches, updates and any troubleshooting efforts

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven experience working as a Junior Content Scheduler or in a related position 
  • Passion for digital content and a strong interest in marketing
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using web-based tools and content management systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
