A Resort in Seseh, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Inbound (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond promptly to inbound leads from various marketing channels
  • Conduct initial qualification via phone calls, WhatsApp, email and CRM tools
  • Assess lead quality based on predefined criteria including budget, interest, timeline, location and intent
  • Accurately document all interactions and qualification outcomes in the CRM system
  • Maintain clean, structured, and up-to-date lead data, including statuses, comments, tasks and follow-ups
  • Ensure complete communication history is logged for every lead
  • Contribute to daily and weekly performance and lead quality reporting
  • Support ongoing improvements to CRM workflows and lead qualification processes
  • Communicate professionally and confidently with prospects across phone, email, WhatsApp and CRM platforms
  • Build trust and rapport at the early stage of the customer journey
  • Respond to basic project-related inquiries with clarity and accuracy
  • Transfer qualified leads to Sales Managers with complete, structured and accurate information
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, recurring objections and market insights

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proven working experience as a Sales Inbound or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English 
  • Proven experience in lead qualification, inbound sales, sales support or customer-facing communication roles
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and structured data management
  • Confidence in phone-based, chat-based and written communication
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with processes, scripts, KPIs and performance targets
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality or luxury projects
