Bali Staff Solutions is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Project Administrator (Freelance) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to various HR-related projects, with the potential for long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute HR-related projects such as business process mapping, organizational design, and process optimization.

  • Conduct administrative tasks such as registering BPJS, collecting attendance, and leave management 

  • Maintain employee database management.

  • Collaborate with HR teams and key stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

  • Create reports, documentation, and presentations to effectively communicate HR project outcomes.

  • Provide support for other HR initiatives as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the HR field.

  • Experience in HR consulting is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles; a basic understanding of BPJS, payroll taxes, and HR compliance.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in English is a must.

  • Experience in HR administration, payroll, or employee data management.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, HRIS, and payroll systems is a plus.
