Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding programs to integrate new employees seamlessly into the team
- Prepare and update job descriptions for various roles within the organization
- Manage and monitor employee work contracts, including expiration dates, extensions and renewals
- Coordinate leave days (annual, sick leave) and maintain accurate leave records
- Organize personal development programs including online courses and training
- Schedule and conduct regular feedback sessions with team members
- Prepare and manage the monthly salary sheet, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Oversee BPJS insurance enrollment and fee tracking
- Manage tax reporting for staff salaries
- Schedule and process holiday bonuses (THR)
- Apply for and manage working visas (KITAS) for employees
- Ensure compliance and manage AREBI documentation including extensions
- Write and post job vacancies on LinkedIn, social media platforms and through recruitment agencies
- Conduct the full hiring process including initial pre-screening, interview scheduling and onboarding
- Arrange team events, birthday celebrations and team lunches to foster a positive work environment
- Report HR red flags or concerns to the management team prompt
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven at least 3 years of experience working as a HR Specialist or in a related position
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or in a related field
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, tax systems and visa application processes (KITAS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in HR software and tools as well as MS Office Suite
