 A Hotel in Nusa Dua, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic HR Manager (Full-time and On-Site)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Develop and implement staff training programs across departments
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and employee evaluations
  • Handle staff mediation and conflict resolution in a professional and impartial manner
  • Monitor and manage daily attendance records
  • Maintain up-to-date employee files and records
  • Oversee and prepare payroll reports in coordination with the finance team
  • Ensure full compliance with local labour laws and hotel policies
  • Work closely with department heads to understand HR needs and implement solutions
  • Coordinate interdepartmental training and development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven experience working as a HR Manager or in a related position within the hospitality or hotel industry
  • Strong knowledge and up-to-date understanding of Indonesian labour laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and committed to staff well-being
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
