Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Develop and implement staff training programs across departments
- Conduct regular performance reviews and employee evaluations
- Handle staff mediation and conflict resolution in a professional and impartial manner
- Monitor and manage daily attendance records
- Maintain up-to-date employee files and records
- Oversee and prepare payroll reports in coordination with the finance team
- Ensure full compliance with local labour laws and hotel policies
- Work closely with department heads to understand HR needs and implement solutions
- Coordinate interdepartmental training and development initiatives
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a HR Manager or in a related position within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong knowledge and up-to-date understanding of Indonesian labour laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Open-minded, adaptable, and committed to staff well-being
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
