A wellness company in Seseh is looking for an HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a human resource management strategy that supports the company’s business goals and enhances organizational effectiveness
- Organize and manage the recruitment process, including interviewing, assessing and selecting candidates to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent
- Develop and execute orientation and onboarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly into the company and set them up for success
- Manage career growth and development initiatives including organizing educational programs and training to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Work with the finance team to complete payroll for all employees
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and internal company policies, minimizing legal risks and fostering a fair workplace
- Develop and monitor employee motivation systems and performance evaluations as well as ensuring that employees are engaged, motivated and aligned with company goals
- Act as a mediator between employees and management as well as resolving conflicts and maintaining a harmonious work environment
- Prepare and manage the HR department’s budget as well as ensuring effective use of resources to support HR initiatives
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent in written and spoken English communication
- Proven at least 5 years of experience working as an HR Manager or in a similar role preferably in the Wellness or Hospitality industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Sciences or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and best practices in human resource management
- Proficiency in HR tools and information systems (e.g., 1C: Payroll and Human Resources Management, SAP HR, etc)
- Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and manage stress effectively
