- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to interviewing and hiring
- Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure a smooth integration for new employees
- Organize team-building activities and engagement programs to enhance workplace culture
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
- Manage employee benefits, leave records and attendance tracking
- Implement performance appraisal systems and provide feedback mechanisms
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a HR or in a related position
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
- Proficiency in HR software
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and people management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
