Responsibilities:
- Monitor the preparation and cleanliness of guest rooms before check-in and after check-out
- Oversee daily and periodic cleaning of rooms and common areas, stepping in when necessary
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring all maids follow standard cleaning procedures
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies, detergents, linens and room amenities
- Ensure all rooms are properly equipped with necessary hotel accessories and guest amenities
- Prepare timesheets and assist with scheduling for housekeeping staff
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards
- Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping
- Document and report on daily cleaning operations and any maintenance or inventory issues
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven at least 2 years of experience working as a Housekeeper Supervisor or in a related position
- Strong attention to details and a high standard for cleanliness
- Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks when required
- Knowledge of sanitary and safety regulations in hotel environments
