Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests if needed as well as ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable
- Perform daily housekeeping duties including cleaning rooms, bathrooms and common areas to maintain a high standard of hygiene and tidiness
- Oversee and coordinate part-time workers as well as ensuring all housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Be available on-site to handle cleaning duties and any guest-related needs that may arise
- Work collaboratively with part-time staff as well as ensuring a smooth workflow and maintaining high service standards
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Housekeeper or in a related position
- Ability to adapt to different tasks and schedules as required
- Must have a welcoming and service-oriented attitude as well as ensuring guests have a pleasant experience
- Be comfortable engaging with guests in a professional and friendly manner
- A positive attitude, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility are key traits for this role
