A Hotel in Sukawati, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Hotel Accountant (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date hotel financial records in compliance with local accounting standards and company policies
  • Handle and organize all primary financial documentation including bookings, receipts, invoices and expenses
  • Manage the hotel’s cash register, monitor daily income and expenditures and ensure all transactions are properly recorded
  • Prepare monthly financial and operational reports for internal management review
  • Communicate effectively with local suppliers, vendors and government/regulatory authorities in coordination with the local team
  • Utilize accounting and reporting software such as Excel, 1C / BAS, or others as required
  • Assist with compliance for local tax filings and financial audits


Requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven at least 2 years of experience working as a Hotel Accountant or in a related position
  • Solid knowledge of local financial, tax, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in Excel and familiarity with 1C / BAS or similar accounting software
  • Familiarity with Cloudbeds would be a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a high sense of responsibility
