A Real Estate Company in Denpasar, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Head of Marketing (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and others
- Optimize website content and structure to improve SEO increase organic traffic and boost search rankings
- Develop engaging content such as blogs, social media posts and email marketing materials to support brand visibility and customer engagement
- Use analytics tools to monitor and evaluate campaign performance as well as providing actionable insights for improvement
- Oversee the company's social media accounts as well as ensuring consistent branding and messaging
- Conduct research to identify market trends, emerging opportunities and customer preferences particularly in the Bali market
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create cohesive and impactful digital strategies
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Head of Marketing or in a related position
- Deep understanding of the Bali market is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing preferably within the real estate sector
- Proficient in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads and social media platforms
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom Creative Suite would be a plus
